I tried this cake today, Emma! It's so yummy, I've passed the recipe on to Mum and also my friends I had round for a cuppa this morning! So easy. So, so yummy. I'm not sure I'll ever grow tired of cooking this one. So many options... Thanks for sharing :) Anita
